Job Description & Responsibilities 
  • Set up accounting records for businesses on cloud accounting system.
  • Perform financial data entry and bank reconciliation in cloud accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly closing up to trial balance, income statement, balance sheet.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Process monthly payroll for businesses using cloud payroll software.
  • Prepare income tax and GST returns.
  • Support corporate secretarial function.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Professional accounting qualification.
  • Good knowledge and practical working experience in using tech accounting solutions such as Xero will be an advantage, but not a must.
  • Interest in cloud/online accounting technology is important.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately / at very short notice!
Job Description & Responsibilities 

The successful candidate shall perform the following duties as determined by the Manager from time to time which shall include, but not limited to:

  • Set up and manage full set of accounting records for businesses on cloud accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Process monthly payroll for businesses using cloud payroll software.
  • Perform monthly analysis on business performance for clients.
  • Prepare annual financial statements under SFRS and international GAAP.
  • Handle income tax and GST returns, GST registration and support corporate secretary function.
  • Handle clients’ queries and external parties ie tax agents, auditors etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project as and when required.

The business development executive is responsible for new customer acquisition. The successful candidate is expected to perform the following duties: 

  • Actively pursue new business leads for the growth of the company.
  • Provide ideas and identify opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Build contacts and maintain fruitful relationships with potential clients.
  • Update prospective client database.
  • Support manager in writing new business proposals.
  • Schedule meeting for senior management with prospective clients.
  • Obtain good knowledge of all services provided by the company and the technology used in the business.

 

Job Requirements 
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to acquire new business.
  • Driven and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Hardworking, competitive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
